RDHA, a Toronto-based architecture studio that has specialized in public buildings for almost a century, and has in recent years undergone a successful renewal, is the recipient of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada’s 2018 Architectural Firm Award.

On March 1, 2018, the RAIC sent a presentation to the House of Commons Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources for their study of the built environment and the building code in Canada. The mandate of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) is to advocate for excellence in the built environment in Canada, demonstrate how design enhances the quality of life and address important issues of society through responsible architecture. The RAIC has been addressing environmental challenges for decades; through education, advocacy and promotion of the 2030 Challenge.
Le 1er mars, 2018, l’IRAC a envoyé une présentation au Comité permanent de l’environnement et du développement durable de la Chambre des Communes sur leur étude du cadre bâti et du code du bâtiment au Canada. L’Institut royal d’architecture du Canada (IRAC) a comme mandat de plaider en faveur de l’excellence dans le cadre bâti, de démontrer comment la conception améliore la qualité de vie et de promouvoir une architecture responsable qui tient compte d’importantes questions de société.
