RAIC Writes To Prime Minister About Monument

The RAIC has requested a meeting with the new Minister of Canadian Heritage, Mélanie Joly, and written to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau with regards to the controversial Memorial to the Victims of Communism project in Ottawa. For the past eight months, the RAIC has worked with a coalition of professional associations and individuals to persuade the former federal government to relocate the memorial. We are now also seeking to ensure legal protection for the Parliamentary and Judicial precincts. Read the letter to the Prime Minister
