Through all phases however, both teams ("Team A" and "Team B") will collaborate with each other, as necessary, with coordination, as needed, from the Departmental Representative and GAC’s Subject Matter Experts (SME) to implement the project. PROCUREMENT STRATEGY This procurement consists of a two-stage selection process. Stage 1 will consist of a Request for Qualification and Stage 2 will consist of a Request for Proposal.
