The course provides both project management knowledge in the context of architectural practice and prepares participants for the Project Management Institute’s PMP® certification exam. This program has been instrumental in helping participants improve their organizational skills, professionalism, and client interactions, leading to overall success.

These in-person workshops are held in various locations across Canada and are designed for architectural interns, emerging practitioners, and proprietors who want to establish a solid foundation in current project management practices, tools, and techniques. The classes are also beneficial for public sector professionals involved in capital asset development projects. Outcomes include:
- 40 hours of expert instruction
- A premium PMP® certification exam preparation kit, and
- The ability to develop effective project and stakeholder management plans.
Note:
- The course is offered over two weekends. Workshops begin on Thursday evening at 6 PM and conclude on Saturday afternoon at 5 PM.
- Lunches will be provided on Friday and Saturday, with a dinner served on Friday evening. Please identify special dietary accommodations at the time of registration or contact education@raic.org.
